Eligibility Criteria
- Education Qualification certificates: as per Recruitment Rules for the post applied must be uploaded.
- In case of those who have equivalent educational qualification, Order/ letter regarding equivalent Educational Qualification claimed, indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated, regarding equivalent clause in Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification as per the requirement of advertisement.
- The equivalent qualification will be decided by the Competent Authority of AIIMS, Jammu and his decision will be final in this regard.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age limit: 50 Years
- No age relaxation would be available to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved vacancies or if SC/ST/OBC candidates are considered against UR post on merit.
- The age concession to the PwBD shall be admissible irrespective of the fact whether the post is reserved for PwBD or not.
Application Fee
- For General/OBC Candidates: Rs.3000(Rupees Three Thousand only)
- For EWS Candidates: Rs.2400(Rupees Twenty-four hundred only)
- For SC/ST Candidates: Rs.2400(Rupees Twenty-four hundred only)
- For PwBD: Exempted
- Application fee in respect of SC/ST candidates shall be refunded in case of those who appear in the interview for the post/s applied for.
- Applications without the prescribed fee would be summarily rejected.

Selection Process
- Selection is based on performance in the Interview. However, written test or screening, based on objective criteria may be done to shortlist applicants to be called for interview.
- The decision of the Competent Authority regarding shortlisting of candidates to be called for interview, would be final and binding on all candidates.
- For interview, a candidate has to appear in person. No request for an online interview i.e., through electronic media will be accepted and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
How to Apply
- The candidate(s) who submit(s) their online applications must also submit self-attested copies each of all relevant certificates regarding Age, Qualification, Experience including Proof of Payment, Caste certificate in prescribed proforma, EWS/PwBD Certificate, NOC, other relevant testimonials along-with a printout of the application submitted online immediately so as the same reach to the following address on or before 28.10.2025 (Tuesday):

- Failure to submit the hard copy by due date of submission i.e. on or before 28.10.2025 (Tuesday) will lead to cancellation of the candidature.
- Applications which are not complete as required for online submission, or applications where application fee is not submitted will be rejected without any communication.
- Therefore, to avoid rejection of their application, candidates are requested to make sure that application fee is paid, application is complete in all respect before they finally submit/upload the application.
