AIIMS Jodhpur Project Technical Support III Recruitment 2026 Vacancy Details 

Eligibility Criteria

• Project: Strengthening genomic surveillance for vector borne diseases in India.
• Funding Agency: Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).
• Post: Project Technical Support III (purely temporary basis in Extramural Research Project).
• Essential Qualifications: Three year graduation in Virology or Microbiology plus three years’ experience, OR Postgraduate degree in Virology or Microbiology.
• Desirable Qualification: Experience in microbiological/virological techniques.
• Age Limit: 35 years; age concession to the extent of service rendered in other research projects may be admissible for experienced and skilled persons on case to case basis (only applicable for ICMR project).
• All educational, professional and technical qualifications should be from a recognized Board/University and full-time.
• The experience requirement specified should be experience acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualifications required for the post.
• Persons working in Government or Public Sector Undertaking should produce “No Objection Certificate” at the time of interview.

Salary/Stipend

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 28,000/-.
• HRA: Admissible as per applicable rules, in addition to the basic monthly salary.
• The salary is a consolidated sum without any other benefits and is based on experience, qualifications, skill set, etc. of the candidates.

Age Limit (as on Last Date of Advertisement)

• Upper age limit for Project Technical Support III: 35 years.
• Age concession to the extent of service rendered in other research projects may be admissible for experienced and skilled persons on case to case basis (for ICMR project).
• Age, educational qualification and experience will be considered till the last date of the advertisement.

Selection Process

• Recruitment is on purely temporary/contractual basis, co-terminus with the project, with no right to claim permanent employment under AIIMS Jodhpur or continuation in any other project.

• Candidates must bring all relevant original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies regarding age, qualifications and relevant experience.

• No TA/DA will be admissible to appear in the interview.
