Eligibility Criteria
Program Manager/ Research Associate
Essential Qualification:
- Graduate in life science/Para Medical Sciences/Bsc Nursing/BDS/BHMS/BAMS with one-year experience in health-related research project.
- OR Post-graduation degree in life science/ Paramedical Sciences/ MPH/Msc /Msc Nursing etc.
Desirable Qualification:
- Experience in data collection and compilation.
- Writing Skills (Manuscript/Scientific write up).
Field Investigator/ Research Assistant
Essential Qualification:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Life sciences/Laboratory sciences/ social sciences/MSW.
Desirable Qualification:
- Experience of 01 years with working at an any Laboratory at Hospital / Primary health center.
- Hands on experience in office applications, MS Word, spread sheets and presentations.
Salary/ Stipend
- Program Manager/Research Associate: Rs.25,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Field Investigator/Research Assistant: Rs.15,000/- per month (consolidated)
Age Limit (as on 30 January 2026)
- Candidates should not be more than 35 years of age on the closing date of the advertisement.

Selection Process
- Method of recruitment may be Written exam / Interview or both.
General Information / Instructions
- It is NOT a permanent employment with AIIMS Rishikesh.
- Appointment is purely on a contract basis (initially for period of 06 months). Extendable maximum duration is 12 months or till the duration of the project, whichever is earlier.
- No claim for any other regular post in AIIMS Rishikesh shall be entertained.
- No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
- Experience should have been gained after acquiring minimum essential qualification.
- Qualification, experience, other terms and conditions may be relaxed/ altered at the discretion of Director AIIMS Rishikesh / Recruitment Committee.
- No other allowance/ facilities other than consolidated salary shall be admissible.
- Decision of Recruitment Committee will be final.
- Submission of wrong or false information during the process of selection shall disqualify the candidature at any stage.
- If performance of the appointee is not found satisfactory, appointment can be terminated at any time without any prior notice/ compensation.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered.
