Eligibility Criteria
Essential qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Optometry with a minimum of three years of clinical experience, OR Master’s degree in Optometry (M.Optom)
- Hands-on experience in operating ophthalmic diagnostic instruments including: a.Fundus Camera b.OCT c.Visual Field Analyzer
Desirable:
- Experience in clinical data collection and patient recruitment
- Familiarity with glaucoma-related parameters such as IOP, RNFL thickness, cup–disc ratio, VFI, MD, PSD, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and basic data processing tools
- Working knowledge of image formats (DICOM, JPEG, TIFF) and data management software used in clinical research
- Strong understanding of ophthalmic imaging principles and clinical data workflows
- Ability to collaborate effectively with AI researchers, data scientists, and clinicians to ensure data readiness for model development
Salary/Stipend
