Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Ph.D. / M.Phil. / Post Graduate degree in Social Science or relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks.
- Desirable: Work experience in projects, field work, and practical knowledge in statistical software/MS Excel.
- Post duration: 2 years and 4 months under CMRG, Government of Tamil Nadu funded project.
Salary/Stipend
- Emoluments for the Research Assistant post are Rs. 25,000 per month.
- The stipend is fixed for the project tenure of 2 years and 4 months under the CMRG scheme of Government of Tamil Nadu.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on eligibility and documents received via email by the Principal Investigator.
- Walk‑in interview on 05/12/2025 at 11:00 AM at the Department of Economics and Rural Development, Alagappa University.
- Candidates must show original certificates at the time of interview; no TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
