Qualification: Degree in Electrical or Electrical’s allied field/stream. Preference shall be given to candidates with additional management qualification.
Experience (Business Development): Minimum 7 years (for E3) / 10 years (for E4) Post Qualification Experience in Business Development in transformer/power industry or capital goods related to Electrical/power industry.
Experience (Commercial – Sales & Marketing): Minimum 7 years (for E3) / 10 years (for E4) Post Qualification Experience in Marketing in transformer/power industry or capital goods related to Electrical/power industry.
Salary/ Stipend
E3 Grade: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
E4 Grade: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000
Apart from Basic Pay, the post carries Dearness Allowance (IDA pattern), Medical reimbursement, Leave Travel Concession, Leave, Conveyance & food allowance/lunch, Encashment of Privilege Leave, contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity as per rules.
Age Limit
Maximum Age: 42 years (for both grades)
