1. Educational Qualification
Project Scientist I: Doctoral Degree in Science in Astronomy froma recognized University
Project Associate I: Master’s Degree in Physics/Astronomy/Astrophysics or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology
2. Age Limit
The age limit for ARIES Project Scientist I, Project Associate I Recruitment 2025 is:
- Maximum Age: 35 years
- Age Relaxation: As per government norms (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen)
3. Nationality

Salary
Project Scientist I:
- Rs.56,000/- + HRA
Project Associate I:
- Rs. 31,000 + HRA with a valid GATE/CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship) score
- Rs. 25,000 + HRA without GATE/CSIR-UGC NET
