Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications (Program Assistant): Second Class Graduate with at least six months of training on the use of Computer for Office Automation, Book keeping and word processing from a certified Institution or Second Class Graduate with Diploma in Computer recognized by AICTE.
- Qualifications (Ward Sahayak): i. High School (10th Pass). ii. 1-year experience as Stretcher Bearer/Ward Sahayak in reputed Hospital.
- Qualifications (): i. Class 8th Pass. ii. 1-year working experience.
- Desirable (Ward Sahayak/): Experience of working in Geriatric Medicine Unit.
Salary/Stipend
- Program Assistant: Rs. 30,000/- per month (Fixed).
- Ward Sahayak / Hospital Attendant: Rs. 15,000/- per month (Fixed).
- / Sanitary Attendant: Rs. 12,000/- per month (Fixed).
- The posts are purely contractual.
Age Limit (as on 30-12-2025)
- Program Assistant / Ward Sahayak: 35 years (Maximum age, relaxation as per Govt. norms).
- : 30 years (Maximum age, relaxation as per Govt. norms).
- Age limit is relaxable in exceptional circumstances by the Nodal Officer.

Selection Process
- Selection process involves a written examination and skill test (for Program Assistant, the skill test is a computer typing test).
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the examination/test.
- Candidates with experience of work in the area of the old age health care (Geriatric) or related field will be preferred.
General Information/Instructions
- The posts are purely contractual and extension will be provided as per NPHCE Norms based on work satisfaction.
- The services of applicants can be terminated if work or behavior is found unsatisfactory by the Nodal Officer.
- Reservation will be as per University norms.
- The qualification in exceptional situation can be relaxed by the Selection Committee/Nodal Officer.
