Essential Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. in Bioinformatics / Biophysics / Biochemistry / Biotechnology OR
- Master’s degree in any stream of biological / physical / computational sciences OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine or equivalent
- AND minimum 2 years of post-M.Sc./M.Tech./BE/B.Tech research experience
- Must have qualified any National Level Examination (NET-JRF / GATE / equivalent)
Desirable Experience
- Extensive work experience in immunology and vaccine design
- Strong interest & ability to work in collaboration with computational biology groups
- Proficiency in analyzing/interpreting results from AI/ML-based protein & antibody design software
- Capable of designing wet-lab experiments to validate computational predictions
Job Description
Evaluation of latest AI/ML resources for antibody design and formulation of suitable test cases for validation using public-domain antibody sequences and binding affinity data.
