C-MET Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Project Associate -I (A): First Class/60% marks in M.Sc. Chemistry/Material Science/Physics. Desirable: Experience in 2D materials and devices, CVD, Lithography techniques, Material characterization, Clean room facilities etc.
- Project Associate -I (B): BE/BTech in Electrical and Electronics/Electronics and Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation Engg. Desirable: Experience in device design and fabrication, MEMS facilities etc.
- Project Assistant: First Class/60% marks in Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engg OR B.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry
