Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen (implied).
- Educational Qualification: 10th Pass.
- Must hold a Valid Statutory Mines Foreman Certificate of Competency (Restricted) issued by DGMS.
- Minimum 3 years of experience (Preference will be given to Cement Industry experience).
Salary/ Stipend
- Remuneration: Fixed amount of Rs. 33,000/- P.M.

Selection Process
- Selection will be based on a Walk-In-Interview (physical or online).
- Candidates shortlisted after the interview must appear for document verification with medical reports signed by CCI Health Centre/Civil Hospital Medical Officer.
- Candidates found medically unfit will not be considered.
How To Apply
- For Physical Interview: Report with a detailed resume, recent passport size photograph, and self-attested true copies of testimonials (educational qualifications, experience, DOB, etc.) at the venue on December 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. for registration.
- For Online Interview: Candidates who cannot appear physically may send an application along with their resume and relevant documents by email to [email protected] by December 6, 2025.
- Original documents must be produced at the time of the walk-in-interview for verification.

Instructions
- The contract period is a minimum of one year, extendable by another one year (maximum 2 years or until age 60, whichever is earlier).
- Candidates reporting after 11:45 a.m. on the interview day will not be entertained.
- The company will not provide accommodation and TA/DA for candidates appearing for the interview.
- Selected candidates are eligible for Provident Fund as per EPF Act provisions but not ESI and other benefits.
- Selected candidates must obtain accidental/medical insurance at their own cost before joining.
- Entitled to 01 leave per month.
- Accommodation in the CCI Township may be provided on a nominal chargeable rent basis if available.
