COMEDK Round 4 Allotment Rules - What Happens to Different Candidate Categories

How to Participate in COMEDK Round 4 Counselling: Step-by-Step Process
- Visit the official COMEDK counselling website, comedk.org.
- Log in using your Application Number/User ID and password.
- Check your candidate status (Reject & Upgrade, Accept & Upgrade, or Not Allotted) shown in the login.
- Go to the "Option Entry" or choice filling section once it is activated for Round 4.
- Add, reorder, edit, or delete your preferred college and branch combinations within the choice filling window.
- Save and lock your choices before the deadline.
- Check the Round 4 seat allotment result once published on the portal.
- If allotted a seat, choose "Accept & Freeze" or, if eligible, "Reject & Withdraw," and complete the fee payment within the given window.

Important Instructions for COMEDK Round 4 Candidates
- There is no seat cancellation facility after the Round 3 cancellation period ends - Round 4 allotments (except first-time Reject & Withdraw cases) are largely binding.
- Reject & Upgrade candidates who wish to skip Round 4 entirely must use the exit option during the specified exit window after Round 3; once Round 4 begins, this choice cannot be reversed.
- Always check the respective college's reporting hours in advance, especially around weekends and public holidays, before travelling to report.
- Keep your registration number, password, and all verified documents accessible throughout the Round 4 process.
