Registration & Processing Fee
University Fee, Tuition Fee & Security Deposit
- University Fee (all selected candidates): ₹54,600, non-refundable.
- Security Deposit (for Phase-III Mop-Up and subsequent rounds): ₹3,00,000, refundable, collected online to prevent seat blocking.
Required Documents
Candidates must upload scanned copies of the following at the time of online registration (PDF format, 500 KB unless noted; photo/signature in JPG/JPEG, 100 KB):
- NEET MDS 2026 score card (without password protection)
- Provisional or original BDS degree certificate
- BDS study certificate
- Compulsory Rotatory Internship completion certificate
- 6th to Intermediate/10+2 study certificates (only for candidates who completed BDS from Govt. Dental College, Vijayawada/Hyderabad)
- BDS transfer/migration certificate
- Local status certificate from MRO (if migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh, where applicable)
- PIO/OCI certificate (if applicable)
- Other PG degree certificate (if applicable)
- Temporary/Permanent Dental Registration Certificate from the respective State Dental Council (foreign graduates must upload Permanent Dental Council Registration)
- NRI category documents (for S2 applicants): passport, NRI status certificate/affidavit, OCI/PIO card, Declaration of Blood Relative (Annexure-I), Family Tree Certificate, 6-month NRE bank statement, and NRI financer’s passport copy - uploaded as a single file (max 1000 KB)
- Notarized affidavit of parental/spouse financial status (for NRI Lapsed Category, Annexure-II)
- Institutional Quota (S3) documents: sponsorship letter/study certificate (Annexure-III), appointment order, last 6 months’ payslips, and 6-month bank statement showing salary credit, as applicable
- Caste category certificate (where applicable)
- Minority certificate (where applicable - the notification states there are no Muslim Minority dental colleges among the PG Dental courses)
- Aadhaar card (photo identity)
- Candidate’s latest passport-size photo
- Candidate’s specimen signature
How to Apply (Online Application Process)
- Read the notification and prospectus carefully and take a printout before starting.
- Keep all required certificates and documents ready in the prescribed format and file size.
- Visit the official website drntr.uhsap.in and fill in the single online application form with accurate data.
- Candidates applying under S2 (NRI Quota) or S3 (Institutional Quota) must indicate their choice at the time of initial submission; changes after a phase-wise merit list is published are generally not permitted.
- Upload all mandatory scanned documents as listed above.
- Pay the registration and processing fee via debit card, credit card, or net banking.
- Submit the application. No offline applications are accepted, and no changes/additions are allowed after submission or after the final merit list is displayed.
- Take a printout of the filled application form for submission at the reporting college later.
Important Instructions
- The entire admission process, including document uploads and fee payment, is conducted online only; no printouts of the application need to be sent to the University at the registration stage.
- Only one online application should be submitted per candidate.
- Change of particulars or additions/deletions in the online application is not permitted after submission, and especially not after the final merit list is displayed.
- Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- All dates mentioned are tentative and subject to change by the University without prior notice.
- Mere submission of the application does not confer any right to a seat.
- The notification explicitly warns candidates to beware of touts, brokers, or middlemen claiming they can secure seats through unfair means; all seat allotments follow NEET merit and exercised options only.
- Candidates are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials, email ID, passwords, and OTPs; any activity done using these credentials is treated as done by the candidate.
