Eligibility Criteria
- Scientist-'C': Bachelor's Degree (minimum four year degree course) in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute. Master's Degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute.
- Scientist-'D': Bachelor's Degree (minimum four year degree course) in Material Engineering or Material Science and Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute.
Salary
- Scientist-'C': Level-11 in the pay matrix (Rs. 87,700-2,08,700/-)
- Scientist-'D': Level-12 in the pay matrix (Rs. 78,800-2,09,200/-)
