• The candidate should have passed 12th Class or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University.[attached_file:file:1]
• Skill test norms on computer: English Typing at 35 words per minute or Hindi Typing at 30 words per minute.[attached_file:file:1]
• Working knowledge of computer such as MS-Office (Word & Excel), PowerPoint, internet and e-mail is required.[attached_file:file:1]
• Knowledge of MS Office is essential for ministerial staff and an undertaking shall be obtained from the candidate regarding adequate working knowledge of MS Office.[attached_file:file:1]
