Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
- Graduate for OIC
- BDS for Dental Officer
- B Pharmacy or 10+2 with science and diploma in pharmacy for Pharmacist
- BSC (Medical Lab technology) or 10+2 with science and diploma for Lab Tech
- Diploma in Dental Hyg/Class-I OR/DORA or 10+2 with science and 02 Yrs Dip in Dental Hygienist/ Mechanic for Dental Hyg/Tech
- Graduate/Class I clerical trade for DEO/Clerk
- Literate for Female Attendant and Safaiwala.
Experience: Min 05 Yrs for OIC, Dental Officer, Dental Hyg/Tech, DEO/Clerk, Female Attendant, Safaiwala; Min 3 years for Pharmacist, Lab Tech.
Salary/Stipend
- Officer in Charge: 95,000/-
- Dental Officer: 95,000/-
- Pharmacist: 36,500/-
- Laboratory technician: 36,500/-
- Dental Hygienist/ Assistant/ Technician: 36,500/-
- DEO/ Clerk: 29,200/-

Selection Process
- Interview to be held from 0900 hrs onwards on 24 Feb 2026 at ECHS Cell, Station HQ Gangtok.
- Only candidates meeting the qualitative requirements may apply.
- The selected individual will have to undergo 10 days on Job Training (OJT). This duration of OJT will remain unpaid and counted as mandatory before assuming charge as contractual employee.
