Selection Process
Selection will be made on the basis of performance of the candidate in the Interview before the Selection Board.
- Walk-in-Interview (Offline Mode) on 16-04-2026.
- Document Verification & Screening of applications: 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
- Interview: From 11:00 AM onwards (or as per schedule).
- In case the number of candidates is large, a Written Examination (MCQs) in the concerned subject may be conducted first, followed by Interview of shortlisted candidates.
- Final selection is based on Interview performance.
- Result will be displayed on the official website www.esic.gov.in.
- Selected candidates will have to join immediately or as per the schedule mentioned in the offer of appointment.
- This is a Rolling Advertisement – unfilled vacancies will be carried forward and fresh interviews conducted every Wednesday (if required).
How to Apply
Application Mode: Walk-in-Interview (Offline)
Steps to Apply:
- Download the Application Form from the ESIC website www.esic.gov.in.
- Fill the application form completely and attach self-attested copies of all required documents.
- Report at the venue ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Desula, MIA, Alwar (Rajasthan) – 301030 by 09:00 AM on 16-04-2026.
- Carry:
- Two recent passport-size self-attested photographs
- Original + self-attested photocopies of all certificates (Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Experience, Research Publications, Category Certificate, Medical Council Registration, etc.)
- NOC from present employer (if working in Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU)
- Application Fee (₹500/- for General/OBC/EWS or Nil for SC/ST/Female/ESIC employees/Ex-Servicemen/PwD)
- Pay fee in cash at the venue OR through online mode (HDFC Bank A/c No. 50100729736609, IFSC: HDFC0002857) and bring transaction proof / Demand Draft.
- Filled application form may also be sent in advance to [email protected] (optional but recommended).
General Instructions
- This is a Rolling Advertisement – vacancies are provisional and may increase/decrease. Fresh interviews will be held every Wednesday if seats remain vacant.
- Appointment is purely contractual (Teaching Faculty: 1 year; Senior Resident: 3 years) and terminable on one month’s notice or on joining of regular incumbent.
- No claim for regular absorption or continuation.
- Candidates must be registered with MCI/RMC or any State Medical Council before joining.
- Age and experience will be counted as on the date of Walk-in-Interview.
- Reservation benefits are available only to candidates having valid certificates issued by competent authority in the prescribed format.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Mere reporting for interview does not guarantee eligibility. Candidature is provisional and subject to detailed scrutiny.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
- Director/Dean reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Alwar/Rajasthan.
