Exim Bank MT Vacancy Details (HRM/Administration)
A total of 5 Management Trainee vacancies have been notified under Advertisement No. HRM/MT/2026-27/01, spread across two disciplines: Human Resource Management and Administration. How to Download Exim Bank MT Admit Card 2026
- Go to the official call letter login page: ibpsreg.ibps.in – Call Letter Login.
- Enter your registration number/roll number and password or date of birth, as prompted on the login screen.
- Submit the login form to view your call letter.
- Check all printed details on the call letter carefully name, roll number, exam date, reporting time, and venue.
- Download and save the admit card, then take a clear A4-size printout for the exam day.
- Keep a valid photo ID ready along with the printed call letter for exam-day verification.
Service Bond and Posting
- Selected candidates must sign a service bond of ₹3 lakh at the time of joining
- Minimum service commitment: 1 year as Management Trainee plus at least 5 years after permanent absorption
- Candidates can be posted anywhere in India, and possibly overseas, depending on the Bank's requirements and candidate consent
Important Instructions
- Download and verify the call letter within the stated window: 29 July 2026 to 9 August 2026.
- Carry a printed copy of the call letter and a valid original photo ID to the exam center; candidates without these may not be permitted entry, as is standard for such exams confirm the exact rule printed on your own call letter.
- Report at the exam venue on time; late entry is generally not permitted for this category of exam.
