The following instructions are printed on all four official notices issued by GGTU:
- No guarantee is given to the candidate regarding the order of question papers on the exam day.
- If there is any complaint against a question paper, it must be communicated to the university through the Centre Superintendent within a week's time from the date of the concerned examination. No complaint will be entertained by the university after this period.
- In case of any indispensability or a holiday declared on the date of an examination, the university reserves the right to postpone that exam to a later date.
