Eligibility Criteria for HARCO Bank Resource Persons 2026
Educational Qualification
- Resource Person 1 (Preferred): Post Graduate in Business Management / Rural Management / Cooperative Management. CAIIB is an added advantage.
- Resource Person 2: Graduation in any discipline.
- Technology Know-how: Technology-savvy; degree/diploma in technology desirable.
Experience (Essential Minimum 5 Years in any one)
- Rural Financial Institution, NBFC, MFI, Insurance, Sales/Retail, or developmental institutions (SIDBI, NABARD, etc.) – with rural banking practices knowledge (especially for former bankers).
- Line Departments of State/Central Govt. with project implementation experience.
- Research/Teaching in ICAR/CSIR etc., developing/popularizing rural technologies.
Age Limit
- Preferred: Less than 50 years (relaxable by selection committee based on education/experience/ability).
- For Retired/Resigned Officers: Up to 65 years (with suitable experience in diversified products).
- Bankers: Sufficient experience at branch + decision-making level (Scale III/IV in loan appraisal).
- Line Dept.: Minimum Executive Engineer or equivalent.
- Academic/Research: Minimum Associate Professor or equivalent.
Other Requirements
- Proficient in local language (Hindi/Punjabi) + working knowledge of English/Hindi.
- Sound knowledge of Indian Rural Economy; willingness to travel across the country and work with rural communities.
- Execution of bond as per bank's terms.
