How to Prepare for HPRCA Teacher Exam 2026
- Start with the official syllabus PDF of your specific post (PET, Teacher Physical Education, or Teacher Sanskrit) and mark out topics you are weak in before making a study plan.
- Since the General Awareness section (GK of HP, Current Affairs, Everyday Science, Reasoning, Social Science, English, Hindi) is common to all three posts, prepare it early and revise it regularly alongside your subject syllabus.
- For PET and Teacher (Physical Education), build a topic-wise revision schedule that separates theory-heavy sections (Anatomy, Physiology, Sports Training, Psychology) from applied/rules sections (Games, Officiating, Yoga) so both get equal practice time.
- For Teacher (Sanskrit), practice Sutra-based grammar questions daily and revise the prescribed literature texts (Raghuvansham, Meghdoot, Abhijnanashakuntalam, Bhagavad Gita chapters) chapter by chapter rather than all at once.
- Solve previous year question papers of similar HP state-level CBT exams to get familiar with question difficulty and time management, since the current notification does not specify exam pattern details.
- Keep checking the official HPRCA website for the detailed recruitment notification, as exam pattern, marks distribution, and selection process have not yet been released with the syllabus.
