Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Zoology or Fishery Science from a recognized university.
- Desirable: Master’s degree and/or experience in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Zoology / Fishery Science with computer application.
- Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Willingness to work in rural areas and travel extensively for fish and water sampling and farm surveys as per project requirement.
Age Limit (as on 10-12-2025)
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Maximum age: 45 years, with applicable relaxations for SC/ST/OBC & Divyang as per Government rules.
Selection Process
- Walk‑in interview on 10 December 2025 at 10:00 AM at ICAR-CIFA, Kausalyaganga, Bhubaneswar.
- Shortlisting and final selection based on a 100‑mark scorecard: 30 marks for academic qualifications, 20 marks for desirable qualifications/experience and 50 marks for personal interview, with detailed breakup as per annexed criteria.
- Tie‑breaking: senior in age ranked higher; if same age, higher graduation (column IV) marks used to decide rank.
How To Apply
- Attend the walk‑in interview on 10/12/2025 at 10:00 AM at ICAR-CIFA, Kausalyaganga, Bhubaneswar – 751002.
- Bring Bio‑Data in 5 copies, two passport size photographs and one set of self‑attested copies of all certificates/mark sheets/experience certificates.
- Produce original certificates and proof of age and caste at the time of interview for verification.
