Eligibility Criteria
- M.Sc. (Ag.) in Agricultural Economics, Agronomy, Horticulture, Seed Science and Technology or equivalent with relevant experience.
- OR B.Sc. (Ag.) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy or equivalent with relevant experience.
- OR Diploma in Organic farming, Natural farming, Horticulture.
- OR Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts, Craft Design, Handloom Handicraft Technology.
- OR Diploma in Community Health, Allied Health Sciences, Certified Healthcare trainer, B.Sc. Nursing.
- Desirable: Knowledge of natural farming techniques and ability to provide training on the science of natural farming.
- Desirable: Expertise in different farming models, seed science, and design of efficient/cost-effective farming equipment.
- Desirable: Practical application of Mathematics, Statistics and Science applicable to farming.
- Desirable: Experience with handicrafts such as bamboo craft, embroidery, tribal crafts and paper crafts.
- Desirable: Basics of healthcare including infection control practices and training experience with community groups.
- Additional knowledge related to farming equipment and their science is a plus.
- Experience with Government craft schemes/Handloom board is an added advantage.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility, qualifications and relevant experience.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
