Eligibility Criteria
- 1st class Masters degree in Neuroscience/Cognitive Science/equivalent from a recognized Institute/University.
- OR 1st class Graduate degree in Electrical/Biomedical Engineering/equivalent with more than 60% marks from a recognized Institute/University.
- Good knowledge of MATLAB programming.
- NET/GATE qualification required, except for candidates with Masters in Engineering as stated in the notice.
- The requirement of NET/GATE may be relaxed for candidates who have graduated from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) with CGPA more than 8.000 (80% aggregate marks), as mentioned.
- Appointment is temporary and co-terminus with the project, with responsibilities including building computational models using MATLAB, assisting in research activities, and regular meetings with PI and collaborators.
- 5% relaxation of marks may be granted to SC/ST candidates as stated.
Salary/Stipend
- Consolidated fellowship of Rs. 37,000 per month.
- Additional HRA @ 27% is admissible as mentioned in the notice.
- Salary for any retired/superannuated government employee selected will be fixed as per prevailing IRD norms.
