Essential Qualification/Experience

• PG Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/Material Engineering/Chemical Engineering or any Professional Course selected through a process described through any one of the following: (a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests - CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE, (b) The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.
• 02 years of research experience is required along with the above-mentioned qualifications.
• The percentage/grade points with respect to the academic qualification will be a minimum 60% or equivalent grade from graduation onwards and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.

Desirable Qualification/Experience

• Prior experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics packages (e.g. Ansys Fluent).
• Understanding of the chemical reactions kinetics.
• Strong scientific writing and presentation skills.

Pay and Tenure

The selected Senior Research Fellow will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration including HRA of ₹53,340/- per month. A House Rent Allowance per month of Rs.11,340/- is applicable as per Institute norms, if applicable. The duration of the appointment is 12 months.
