- M.E/M.Tech. or equivalent in relevant branches of Engineering/Technology with a first division as awarded by the awarding institute/university along with submission of Ph.D. thesis from a recognized university/institute.
- B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent four-year degree in a relevant branch of Engineering/Technology with first division as awarded by the respective institute/university, along with submission of Ph.D. thesis from a recognized university/institute.
