Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess M.Sc. in Chemical Sciences with a specialization in Electrochemistry, securing a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5/10.0 CGPA and minimum 60% mark (or 6.5/10.0 CGPA) throughout starting from Class XII.
Additionally, candidates must be qualified in any of the following National eligibility tests/exams:
- GATE
- CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship/Assistant Professorship)
- National-level examination conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER, etc.

- A strong foundation in electrocatalysis and physical chemistry
- Hands-on experience in electrochemical techniques and systems
