IIT Kharagpur Junior Research Fellow Eligibility Criteria
- Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through National Eligibility Tests - CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
- Minimum 60% in Class 10 (General) or 55% (SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
- Minimum 70% in Class 12 (General) or 65% (SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
- Minimum 70% or 7.5 CGPA in B.Tech/M.Tech (General) or 65% or 7.0 CGPA (SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
- B.Tech/M.Tech must be in Computer Science/ IT / AI /Electrical Engg/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Mathematics/ equivalent.
- Valid GATE/NET score required.
