IRCON to recruit 54 Apprentices Posts

Ircon International (IRCON) has announced 54 vacancies under advertisement number A01/2026 for Graduate Apprentice and Technician (Diploma) Apprentice posts on a contract basis for one year of apprenticeship training. Eligible applicants must first enroll on the designated government website and then apply online through the IRCON website from 16 October 2026 to 5 November 2026. Candidates must send a signed printout of the online application along with documents by post to IRCON's Corporate Office, New Delhi, to reach on or before 5 November 2026. The notified stipend is Rs. 14,000 Per Month for applicable posts, and the selection process consists of shortlisting based on a merit list formed from marks secured in essential educational qualifications.

Who Can Apply

Qualification

Candidates must possess the specific educational qualifications corresponding to their applied discipline as of 01.10.2026:

• Graduate Apprentice - Civil, Electrical, S&T: Graduate or equivalent in relevant Engineering/Technology streams.
• Graduate Apprentice - Human Resource: Full-time BBA from a recognized University.
• Graduate Apprentice - Finance: Full-time B.Com from a recognized University.
• Graduate Apprentice - Rajbhasha: Full-time BA (Hindi) from a recognized University.
• Graduate Apprentice - CSR: Full-time Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from a recognized University.
• Graduate Apprentice - Legal: Full-time LLB (Bachelor of Law) from a recognized University.
• Graduate Apprentice - Information Technology (IT): Full-time B.Sc./BCA/B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized University.
• Technician (Diploma) Apprentice - Civil, Electrical: Diploma or equivalent in relevant Engineering/Technology streams.

Age

The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum will be 30 years as on 01.10.2026.

Who Cannot Apply

• Result awaited, supplementary, or back paper candidates need not apply.
• Candidates who have undergone apprenticeship training in IRCON or any other organization are not eligible.
• Candidates who after completion of their education have undergone training or job experience of one year or more.
• Applicants who have completed more than three years after passing the qualifying examination as on 01.10.2026 (i.e., candidates passing the minimum educational qualification in 2026, 2025, 2024, and on or after 01.07.2023 are eligible).

Stipend and Training Period

Selected Graduate Apprentices will receive a stipend of ₹ 14,000/- Per Month, and Technician (Diploma) Holders will receive ₹ 12,000/- Per Month. Under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), 50% of the minimum prescribed rate is borne by the Govt. of India and disbursed via Direct Benefit Transfer into the Aadhar-seeded savings bank account of the apprentice. The training duration is strictly One Year, and extension after completion is not admissible.

How to Apply for IRCON Recruitment 2026

1. Mandatorily enroll and register yourself as a "Student" on the government website www.mhrdnats.gov.in and obtain the unique registration number.
2. Visit the IRCON website at www.ircon.org and navigate to Careers -> HR & Career -> Engagement of Apprentices under Apprentices Act, 1961.
3. Register on the IRCON portal using a personal email ID and mobile number to obtain login credentials.
4. Log in with your registered email ID and password, read the instructions carefully, and fill out the online application form with post selection, personal details, education details, and experience details.
5. Upload scanned copies of required documents, photograph, and signature in PDF or JPEG format (maximum size 2 MB each).
6. Preview the details carefully, submit the online application form, and take a printout of the submitted application form generated in PDF format.
7. Duly sign the printed application form physically at the bottom right corner under the declaration.
8. Send the hard copy of the application form along with self-attested photocopies of required documents in an envelope superscribed as "Application for the Engagement of Apprentices as per Apprentices Act 1961 –Advt No. A01/2026" to Manager/ HRM, IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, C- 4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi-110017 so that it reaches on or before 17.11.2026.

Selection Process

There will be no interviews. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on a merit list formed from the marks secured in essential educational qualifications.
