Qualified in CSIR-UGC NET/GATE or equivalent national-level examination. Demonstrated experience with molecular biology techniques such DNA/RNA isolation, Primer design, Mutagenesis PCR, Restriction digest, Gibson assembly, Gel electrophoresis, Design and construction of recombinant vectors, Transformations of vectors, Protein Expression and Purification.
- Research Associate-I (RA-I): Ph.D in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Engineering or other allied areas. Candidates who have submitted their thesis are equally eligible for these positions. Demonstrated experience with molecular biology techniques such DNA/RNA isolation, Primer design, Mutagenesis PCR, Restriction digest, Gibson assembly, Gel electrophoresis, Design and construction of recombinant vectors, Transformations of vectors, Protein Expression and Purification.
