How to Apply for MCC NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Registration Process
- Visit the official MCC counselling website, mcc.nic.in.
- Click on the "UG Medical Counselling" tab, then select "New Registration 2026" (for first-time Round 2 applicants) or log in with existing Round 1 credentials.
- Read the instructions carefully and accept the terms and conditions.
- Enter the required details: NEET UG roll number, registration number, name, parent's/mother's name, date of birth, and security code.
- Set a password; login credentials will also be generated and sent to your registered email address.
- Complete the registration form with personal, educational, and NEET UG 2026 result details, and upload a scanned photograph and signature as specified.
- Pay the applicable registration fee and refundable security deposit online.

How to Fill Choices in MCC NEET UG 2026 Round 2
- Log in to your account on mcc.nic.in using your NEET roll number and password.
- Open "Available Choices" and click on "Choice Filling."
- Select your preferred courses and colleges; each selected choice moves from the left basket to the right (selected) basket.
- Arrange your choices in order of preference using the up/down arrow buttons, or swap positions as needed.
- Review the final preference order carefully.
- Lock your choices and submit the form before the choice-filling deadline. Choices cannot be edited after locking.
Important Instructions
- Candidates who did not register in Round 1 must submit a fresh registration and complete choice filling to participate in Round 2.
- Candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 who wish to upgrade further can opt for upgrade willingness while continuing to hold their current seat, as per MCC's Freeze/ Float rules.
- Candidates need not physically join the Round 1 college if they wish to exit freely before the next round; however, to retain and upgrade a Round 1 seat, physical joining and an upgrade willingness declaration are required.
- PwD candidates must ensure their medical assessment is completed within the prescribed window, or they risk their PwD-category claim not being considered for seat allotment.
