MMRCL Selection Methodology
- Shortlisting: Based on eligibility, qualifications, and experience in the relevant field submitted during the online application process.
- Evaluation Phase: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview at MMRCL's office, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
- Surety Bond: Selected candidates must execute a surety bond ranging from ₹1,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 depending on grade, as per MMRCL's Surety & Training Cost Recovery Bond Policy (not applicable for deputation appointments).
