MOIL Manager Survey Vacancy Details

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess both of the following qualifications:

• Graduate degree from a recognized university or institute with at least 60% marks.
• Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).

Experience Requirements

The candidate must have at least two years of post-qualification experience in underground mine surveying.

PSU or Government Candidates

The required experience must include at least two years in the immediate lower IDA pay scale of ₹40,000–1,40,000 or an equivalent CDA pay scale in a PSU or Government organization.

For internal MOIL candidates, one year of experience in the immediate lower pay scale is required.

Private-Sector Candidates

Candidates working in the private sector must be drawing a minimum annual CTC of ₹9.94 lakh.

Age Limit

Age relaxation for eligible categories will be governed by Government rules. The upper age limit does not apply to departmental candidates. Ex-servicemen are eligible for relaxation equal to the period of Armed Forces service plus three years.

As all three vacancies are unreserved, SC, ST and OBC candidates applying against these posts will be considered on general merit and will not receive upper-age relaxation for the unreserved vacancies.

MOIL Manager Survey Salary

Selected candidates will be appointed in E-2 Grade with the pay scale of ₹50,000–1,60,000. The selected candidate will remain on probation for one year.

Application Fee

The fee must be paid through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of MOIL Limited, Nagpur, payable at Nagpur. The Demand Draft must be submitted during the walk-in interview.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through a walk-in interview. They must satisfy the prescribed qualification, experience, age and other eligibility requirements as of 7 October 2026.

Attending the interview does not provide an automatic right to appointment. MOIL will verify all original documents before allowing candidates to attend the interview.

How to Attend the MOIL Walk-in Interview

1. Visit the official MOIL website at www.moil.nic.in.
2. Download the Manager (Survey) recruitment notification and application form.
3. Complete all compulsory fields in the prescribed application form.
4. Affix a recent passport-size photograph.
5. Attach one set of self-attested copies of the required certificates.
6. Prepare a Demand Draft for ₹590 if the application fee applies to you.
7. Bring all original certificates for verification.
8. Report at MOIL Bhawan, Nagpur, on 7 October 2026 between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Documents Required

• Completed prescribed application form
• Recent passport-size photograph
• School leaving, matriculation or birth certificate as proof of age
• Graduation mark sheets and degree certificate
• Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted)
• Experience certificates showing relevant underground mine-surveying experience
• Proof of pay scale and total remuneration
• Latest CTC proof for private-sector applicants
• Caste or category certificate, where applicable
• Disability certificate, where applicable
• Ex-serviceman certificate, where applicable
• NOC from the current employer for Government, PSU and autonomous-body employees
• Demand Draft for the application fee, where applicable
• One set of self-attested copies of all documents

Travel Allowance

Candidates attending the walk-in interview will be reimbursed to-and-fro AC-II Tier railway fare or bus fare by the shortest route for one person, subject to the production of travel proof.

Government, PSU, semi-government and autonomous-body employees must produce an NOC and all required original certificates to claim travel reimbursement.

Important Instructions

• Only Indian nationals are eligible.
• Qualification, experience and age will be calculated as of 7 October 2026.
• Candidates must ensure that they meet all eligibility conditions before attending the interview.
• Original certificates must be produced during document verification.
• Government, PSU and autonomous-body employees must bring an NOC from their current employer.
• Incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may result in cancellation of candidature or removal after appointment.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• MOIL may cancel, reduce or increase the number of posts based on its requirements.
• Any amendment to the notification will be published only on the MOIL website.
