- DME publishes the revised merit list and eligible candidates list for Round 2.
- Eligible candidates complete fresh choice filling of colleges/courses in order of preference.
- Candidates lock their choices before the deadline (locking cannot be changed afterward).
- DME processes seat allotment based on NEET UG 2026 rank, category, locked choices, seat availability, and Madhya Pradesh's reservation policy.
- The Round 2 seat allotment result is published on the official portal.
- Allotted candidates report to the respective medical/dental college in person for document verification and admission within the notified reporting window.
How to Apply for MP NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 2
- Visit the official DME Madhya Pradesh counselling portal, dme.mponline.gov.in.
- Click on the link for "NEET UG Counselling 2026 - Round 2 Registration" (for fresh candidates) or the registration edit option, as applicable.
- Enter your NEET UG 2026 details, including roll number, application number, date of birth, and personal information.
- Pay the applicable counselling registration fee and security deposit online using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
- Upload scanned copies of the required documents - NEET UG 2026 scorecard, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, domicile certificate, category certificate (if applicable), and photo ID.
