Terms and Conditions of MPPKVVCL Apprenticeship (1 Year)
- The joining report of the apprentice must be submitted by the respective office to C.G.M. (Training), CTI Jabalpur within 1 week after the apprentice joins.
- Monthly attendance of the apprentice must be submitted by the respective office to the Addl. C.G.M. (Training), CTI Jabalpur before the 2nd of each month. The Officer-in-Charge (OIC) will be responsible for non-payment of stipend caused by delay in attendance submission.
- Trainees are entitled to 13 days casual leave, 15 days medical leave, and Local/National holidays as per prevailing company norms during the training period.
- Training is to be provided as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprentice Rules, 1992.
- Apprentices must work according to the normal working hours of the office they are attached to.
- Training must be provided only in the apprentice's respective trade/branch.
- An apprentice must not be engaged in any type of outsourced employment within the company area during the apprenticeship period.
- In case of unauthorized absence, the respective office must report it to C.G.M. (Training), CTI Jabalpur for termination of training.
Important Instructions
- The apprentice selection list is provisional and is subject to cancellation of candidature at any time during the apprenticeship period in case of any irregularity.
- Candidates must report and submit their joining report to the CGM/SE/EE/RAO of the office where they have been placed.
- A standard "Joining Report" format (with fields for apprentice name, branch, and Apprentice Registration Number) is attached to the order for candidates to fill and submit.
How to Submit the Joining Report
The order includes a standard Joining Report format. Selected candidates should:
- Fill in their name, branch, and Apprentice Registration Number in the format provided.
- Address it to the concerned office of MPPKVVCL where they are placed, referencing Order No. CGM/CTI/APPR/217 dated 22/07/2026.
- Submit the signed report on their date of joining (on or after 01/08/2026).
- Ensure a copy is forwarded to C.G.M. (Training), Central Training Institute, Nayagaon, Jabalpur by the Officer-in-Charge.
