Important Instructions
- The result of the 13% provisional part will be declared only after the final judicial decision on the pending court matter related to OBC reservation. No representations on this issue will be considered until then; such representations will be filed/rejected.
- For candidates with equal total marks (written + interview), tie-breaking follows this order: (1) higher sum of written + interview marks, (2) if still equal, higher written exam marks, (3) if still equal, the older candidate by age.
- Eligibility for Guest Faculty reservation and related age relaxation has been verified by a departmental committee nominated by the Higher Education Department.
- Results of candidates involved in pending court cases have been withheld pending the final decision of the Hon'ble Court; their marks have not been declared.
- The overall selection result is subject to the final outcome of SLP No. 8764/2023, SLP No. 12398/2023 (Supreme Court) and WP No. 5901/2019, WP No. 5596/2024 (High Court), and other similar pending petitions.
- The Commission reserves the right to correct the selection result if any computer or clerical error is found after publication.
