Instructions for NCLT Court Officer Recruitment 2026

  • The engagement of Court Officer is purely on contractual assignment in NCLT, Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh) Bench.
  • The initial period of contract will be for one year or till further orders, whichever is earlier, and can be extended up to 3 years subject to satisfactory performance.
  • Engagement on contractual basis can be terminated by the Tribunal at any time without assigning any reason; candidates may leave by giving one month advance written notice.
  • The contractual assignment does not confer any right or claim to regularization or continuance in service.

  • Only casual leave on pro-rata basis is admissible; candidates shall not leave the station without prior permission of the Competent Authority.
  • Working days and hours will be the same as applicable to other officers and employees of the Tribunal; candidates may be required to work beyond office hours and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays without extra remuneration.
