Eligibility Criteria

• General Manager - Credit Monitoring: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM)
• Deputy Manager - Human Resources: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Deputy Manager – Audit: MBA / PDGM
• Deputy Manager - Learning & Development: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM)
• General Manager – HR (on contract): Graduate with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.
• Deputy General Manager - Company Secretary (on contract): Graduate degree, with Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

General Manager - Credit Monitoring

• Minimum Age: 40 years
• Maximum Age: 55 years

Deputy Manager - Human Resources

• Minimum Age: 23 years
• Maximum Age: 32 years

Deputy Manager – Audit

• Minimum Age: 23 years
• Maximum Age: 32 years

Deputy Manager - Learning & Development

• Minimum Age: 23 years
• Maximum Age: 32 years

General Manager – HR (on contract)

• Minimum Age: 40 years
• Maximum Age: 62 years

Deputy General Manager - Company Secretary (on contract)

• Minimum Age: 36 years
• Maximum Age: 55 years

Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Application Fee

• For SC/ST/PwBD candidates: ₹ 175/- (Intimation Charges only)
• For Other than SC/ST/PwBD: ₹ 850/- (Application Fee including Intimation Charges)

Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn. Application Fee/Intimation Charge once paid will NOT BE refunded under any circumstances nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination/interview or selection. The Application Fee / Intimation charges shall also NOT BE refunded in case the application is rejected / not considered by NHB. Bank/transaction charge, if applicable, shall be borne by the candidate. GST applicable on the Application Fee/ Intimation Charges shall be borne by the candidates. Applications without the prescribed Fee/ Intimation Charges shall be summarily rejected. Fee/ Intimation Charges are required to be paid only in the manner prescribed in this advertisement.

How to Apply

Candidates can apply ONLY through online mode from 01.10.2025 and no other mode of application will be accepted. 

Before applying online, candidates should:

Scan their documents:

• Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)
• Signature (with black ink)
• Left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
• Handwritten declaration (on white paper with black ink) (text given below)

Ensure that all these scanned documents adhere to the required specifications mentioned in Point 11 (C) of the Advertisement.

Signature Guidelines:

• Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.

Left Thumb Impression:

• The left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged.
• If a candidate does not have a left thumb, they may use their right thumb for applying.

Text for the Handwritten Declaration:

• The declaration text should read:
• “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that I fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement/notification and that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Handwritten Declaration:

• The handwritten declaration must be in the candidate’s own handwriting and in English only.
• If the declaration is written or uploaded by someone else or in any other language, the application will be considered invalid.
• The declaration text can be typed, and the candidate should put their left-hand thumb impression below the typed declaration and upload the document according to the specifications.

Online Payment of Application Fee/ Intimation Charges:

• Candidates should have the necessary details/documents ready to make the online payment of the application fee or intimation charges.

Valid Personal Email ID and Mobile Number:

• Candidates must have a valid personal email ID and mobile number that should be kept active throughout the recruitment process.
• Intimations for downloading call letters for the Examination/Interview will be sent through the registered email ID.
• If the candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, they should create a new one before applying online and must maintain that email account and mobile number.
