National Handloom Development Corporation Limited (NHDC) has issued the NHDC/HR/DR/26/1 notification for recruitment of one Senior Officer (Human Resources) on a full-time basis with an IDA pay scale of ₹27,000–95,000.
Eligible candidates must hold an MBA in HR/Personnel Management, MIRPM, MPM, MSW or relevant PG Diploma in Personnel/Industrial Relations/HRD from a UGC-recognized university, along with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in HR/Personnel & Administration in Central/State Govt., PSU or reputed private organizations; a Law degree and working knowledge of computers will be preferred. The upper age limit is 35 years as on 01 March 2026, with relaxations for SC, ST, OBC, PWD, EWS, Ex-Servicemen and an additional 5 years for eligible departmental candidates as per government norms.
Selection will be done through a written test followed by group discussion, and shortlisted candidates will receive a gross monthly pay of about ₹58,968 at the minimum of the basic pay in the prescribed IDA scale.
