Eligibility Criteria for NHM AP Chief Innovation Officer 2025
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preference will be given to Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Biotechnology)
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics and allied subjects from NIRF top ranked institutions
- At least 12 to 15 years progressive leadership experience in healthcare & startup ecosystem development, preferably within government, academia, or industry
- Demonstrated leadership in designing and executing large-scale innovation programs including state-level hackathons, technology challenges, accelerators, and multi-phase innovation frameworks
- Experience working closely with government departments, startup incubators, academic institutions, and early-stage startups with proven track record of enabling innovation adoption

Selection Process
Selection will be based on merit and experience. The recruitment process will be conducted by the committee appointed by Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare and Mission Director, NHM.
