Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation may be applicable as per Government of India rules (not mentioned explicitly, candidates are advised to check notification).
Assistant Professor:
- B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech (or Integrated M.Tech) in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
- OR B.E./B.Tech with First Class + Ph.D in relevant branch.
- For Humanities: Master’s degree with 55% marks + NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D as per UGC regulations.
Associate Professor:
- B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech with First Class + Ph.D preferred.
- Minimum 6 years teaching/research experience (at least 2 years post-Ph.D).
- At least 6 research publications in reputed journals.
Professor:
- B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech with First Class + Ph.D.
- Minimum 10 years experience (at least 3 years at Associate Professor level).
- Minimum 6-10 research publications + Ph.D guidance experience.
