NIOT Technician Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process
Selection for the NIOT Technician post involves two stages:
- Trade / Written Test: Final selection is based purely on the order of merit in the trade/written test marks, among candidates who qualify the skill test.
- Skill Test: A practical test of qualifying nature. Candidates must secure the minimum cut-off mark fixed by the Selection Committee to qualify.
Both the trade/written test and skill test will be conducted at NIOT, Chennai, either on the same day or on consecutive days.
