Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Ph.D in Computer Science & Engineering or IT or ECE. or Ph.D Pursuing in Computer Science & Engineering or IT or ECE.
- Specialization: Machine Learning, Computer Networking, VLSI/Embedded System
Salary/ Stipend
- Ph.D. Rs.1,500/- per class subject to the maximum amount of Rs.60,000/- per month. Lab/tutorial classes of 02 contact hours duration will be treated as 01 contact hour for honorarium/remuneration.
- Non-Ph.D. Rs.1,000/- per class subject to the maximum amount of Rs.40,000/- per month. Lab/tutorial classes of 02 contact hours duration will be treated as 01 contact hour for honorarium/remuneration.

- The post is purely temporary for Academic Session (January-June, 2026) only.
- Eligible candidates may send their bio-data/CV in advance to the respective department.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- No separate interview call letter will be sent.
- Persons who are engaged in any full-time job in any organization shall not be considered for interview.
- The decision of the Competent Authority of NIT Arunachal Pradesh shall be final.
