Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in Switchyard/Sub Station/switchgear of Power plant.
- Expected Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily solar plant operations with full safety and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and plan maintenance/repair activities for plant equipment (panels, inverters, switchgear, transformers, substations, transmission lines) and conduct breakdown diagnosis with root-cause reporting.
- Conduct safety talks, drills, and ensure adherence to HSE protocols.
- Maintain inventory and consumption records for spares/consumables and coordinate with management for procurement, ensuring availability of critical spares.
- Assist in plant upgrades, expansions, and new installations during erection, commissioning, and operation.
- Prepare and update daily O&M documentation/logbooks, report defects immediately, and follow up until resolution.
- Handle small local purchases of required sundry items.
Salary/Stipend
- Monthly Payout (Approx.): ₹23,218/-
