Eligibility Criteria
- Electrical Engineer: First Class B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks from a recognized university; construction, maintenance, and electrical project experience preferred.
- Civil Engineer: First Class B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 60% marks from a recognized university; work in construction/maintenance/building projects needed.
- MSME Relationship Manager: Bachelor's in any stream or CA/CMA; desirable: MBA/Business/Marketing Management. Experience in loans, banking/financial institutions, MSME collaboration is crucial.
Age Limit (as on Advt. date)
- Electrical & Civil Engineer: Below 31 years
- MSME Relationship Manager: Below 40 years
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on qualification and experience.
- Personal interview/interaction by the Selection Committee.
- Final merit list as per performance, qualification, and experience.

- Fill form, paste passport photo, sign, attach self-attested resume and required certificates.
- Send application by email ([email protected]) or by post to Deputy General Manager (HRMV), NSIC, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi–110020 before 03-12-2025, 6:00 PM.

Instructions
- Engagement is contractual; no regular employee rights/benefits.
- Can be terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice without cause.

Application Fee

Salary/Stipend
- Rs. 50,000/- per month (all posts, consolidated salary including PF/benefits).
- 10% increment annually, subject to satisfactory performance.
- MSME Relationship Manager: All-inclusive remuneration on Annual CTC basis to be equivalent to Manager Grade (E-2 Level). Approx. CTC would be roughly around Rs. 15 Lakh p.a. (including Variable Pay of 6.00 Lakhs (Rs.0.50 Lakh per month). The variable pay shall be subject to achievement of targets as assigned to the incumbent and shall be payable on Quarterly / Half yearly basis.
