Oil India Limited (OIL) has released the Document Verification (DV) shortlist vide Notification No. HRAQ/REC-WP-E/26-3996 dated 17/07/2026. The list covers candidates shortlisted against Advertisement No. HRAQ/REC-WP-B/26-125 dated 05/02/2026 for Teachers & Librarian posts at Oil India Higher Secondary School, Duliajan & Moran, and for Instructor posts at the Group Vocational Training Centre, OIL Field Headquarters. This follows the earlier CBT Score declaration under Notification No. HRAQ/REC-WP-C/26-3914 dated 14/07/2026. All shortlisted candidates listed below are scheduled for Document Verification on 30 July 2026.

Documents Required for Oil India Document Verification
Candidates called for DV must carry the email communication along with the following:
- All ORIGINAL documents as mentioned in para 6.0 of Advertisement No. HRAQ/REC-WP-B/26-125 dated 05/02/2026 (specific document list not detailed in this DV notice refer to the original advertisement)
- TWO separate sets of photocopies of all documents, duly self-attested
Note: Failure to bring original documents and both self-attested photocopy sets will result in the candidature being cancelled outright.

Selection Process & Merit Criteria
- Candidates are shortlisted for DV in order of merit based on Computer Based Test (CBT) marks, in a 1:1 ratio (one candidate per vacancy, with due cognizance to reserved posts).
- If a shortlisted candidate fails to submit the requisite documents, the next candidate in order of merit will be called for DV. This continues until the vacancy is filled or the merit list is exhausted, whichever is earlier.
- Tie-breaking rule (as per clause 5.0(x) of the Advertisement): higher marks in Part-C of the CBT get preference; if Part-C marks are equal, higher Part-B marks get preference; if Part-B marks are also equal, the older candidate is preferred.
- Final provisional selection will be strictly in order of merit based on CBT marks, subject to meeting all eligibility criteria.
- There is no provision for any waiting list.
How to Check Your Oil India DV Status
- Match your roll number against the post-wise tables above.
- If shortlisted, wait for the DV schedule intimation on your registered email ID/phone number (as declared in your online application).
- Prepare original documents and two self-attested photocopy sets as listed above.
- Report for Document Verification on 30 July 2026 with the email communication and documents.
- Check the final result later on the official website, www.oil-india.com.
Important Instructions
- Shortlisted candidates will be intimated about the DV schedule via their registered email ID/phone number as declared in the online application form.
- Eligibility (essential qualification, experience, etc.) for all post codes must be met as on the crucial date, 07/03/2026.
- Merely qualifying in the CBT does not make a candidate eligible to appear for Document Verification.
- The final result will be published on www.oil-india.com only after successful completion of the Document Verification process. There is no provision for any waiting list.
- Issue of an admit card/call letter for any stage does not imply final acceptance of candidature. If issued to an ineligible candidate due to error, it will be deemed invalid and the application summarily rejected upon discovery at any stage.
- All candidate details will be treated as per the declaration made in the online application form.
