The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee has released the tentative counselling and admission schedule for BAMS and BHMS courses for the 2026-27 academic session. The notice, numbered OJEE/498 and dated 15 September 2026, has been published on the official websites. As per the notice, candidates who have qualified NEET (UG) 2026 with a valid rank can begin registration for Round 1 from 17 September 2026, 5:00 PM. The schedule has been prepared based on the directives for counselling and admission in UG BAMS/ BHMS courses for the academic session 2026-27 issued by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.

How to Apply for OJEE BAMS/BHMS Counselling 2026
- Visit the official website: ojee.nic.in / odishajee.com.
- Register by creating a username and password using your NEET (UG) 2026 application number.
- Pay the non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1,000 online.
- Fill in your college and course choices in order of preference.
- Lock your choices before the deadline. Unlocked choices are auto-locked by the system at the closing time.
- Check the seat allotment result and download the provisional allotment letter, if allotted.
- Pay the part-admission fee (Rs. 8,500) online and exercise the freeze or float option.
- Report at OJEE Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar with original documents for verification and provisional admission within the scheduled reporting window.
Important Instructions
- Candidates who fail to complete fee payment, document verification, and reporting after a provisional allotment will be disqualified from the admission process.
- Choices submitted in Round 1 are treated as null and void in Round 2 (except for candidates who have already reported and joined), so candidates must fill fresh choices for each subsequent round they wish to participate in.
- Withdrawal from the process is allowed as per the schedule; however, no withdrawal is permitted after the Round 3 allotment.
- Candidates admitted in an earlier round who withdraw with forfeiture after the Round 3 allotment become ineligible for any further Ayush-UG counselling at the Central, State, or UT level.
- Candidates applying under PwBD or Ex-Servicemen quota must report to their designated boards for evaluation as per the separate schedule notified by OJEE.
