Posts and Eligibility

The walk-in is for one post, Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry. The notice prints a remuneration of Rs. 27500/- for the post. A candidate must meet the following essential qualification.

• (a) Integrated Post Graduate Course from an NCTE recognized institution/University, in the concerned subject, with at least 50% marks in aggregate including the B.Ed. component.
• OR Master Degree from a recognized institution/University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned subject AND (b) B.Ed. Degree from an NCTE recognized institution/University with at least 50% marks.
• OR Three years Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. from an NCTE recognized Institution/University with at least 50% marks.
• OR Four years Integrated Degree with at least 50% marks from an NCTE recognized Institution/University including the B.Ed. component.
• (c) Proficiency to teach in Hindi and English medium.

For the Master Degree, the subject must be Chemistry or any specialization in Chemistry, provided the candidate has also studied Chemistry at graduation level.

Desirable qualification: Subject knowledge of the concerned subject from Classes IX to XII as per the CBSE curriculum.

The application form asks candidates to state their age as on 31.3.2026, but the notice does not print an age limit. • Whether a near relative (father, mother, brother, sister, husband or wife) works in a KV, with name, designation and KV
• Whether the candidate has ever been prosecuted under criminal charges
• A short note of at most 50 words on suitability for the post
• A signed declaration with date and place

What Happens on the Day

Candidates must reach PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Kondagaon campus on 18 November 2026. They must register between 08:30 and 10:00 AM with the filled form, the original certificates, the self-attested copies and the photographs. The walk-in interview for PGT Chemistry is held on the same day. The notice does not mention a written test or a demo class. Important Instructions

• Mere appearing in the interview does not give any right to appointment.
