Eligibility Criteria
- Broadcast Assistant: Graduation from recognized University; Desirable: 1 year experience in Broadcasting/Electronic/Digital Media + Computer proficiency
- Post Production Assistant (Graphics): Degree/Diploma in Visual Arts/Multimedia/Design/Animation/Graphics; Desirable: 2 years experience in TV/Doordarshan/Video Production
- Anchor/Interviewer/Compere: Graduation + good communication skill in Bengali & Hindi/English; Desirable: 1 year anchoring experience in Electronic/Digital Media
Age Limit (as on 08-12-2025)
- Broadcast Assistant & Post Production Assistant (Graphics): 21–40 years
- Anchor/Interviewer/Compere: 21–35 years
Salary/Stipend
- Broadcast Assistant: Rs. 2500/- per assignment
