Note: Internships and training will not be counted as experience. Only experience gained after obtaining the requisite degree will be considered.
Important Instructions for RCIL Engineer Recruitment 2026 Candidates
- Engagement is purely contractual - initially for 3 years; may be extended based on project requirements and performance; may be terminated earlier due to non-availability of work, unsatisfactory performance, or administrative reasons.
- Selected candidates must execute a Service Agreement for one year at the time of engagement. Failure to complete this period will attract a penalty of three months' gross salary in addition to the notice period.
- A mandatory notice period of three months is required prior to resignation.
- Candidates must not furnish false, tampered, or fabricated documents. Documents with overwriting or correction marks will not be accepted.
- No request for change of email ID or address submitted with the application will be entertained.

- Candidates who do not hold a Graduation/PG degree in Science or Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
- Candidates who do not possess the mandatory certification(s) specified for the post applied (Security+/CEH/ECSA for L-I; Security+/ECSA/GCFA/GCFE/CISSP for L-II; CISSP/CISM/CISA + ITIL/PMP for L-III).
